Terms of agreement for WIDD E-DESIGNS 1. Virtual design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes. Client will receive design recommendations based on the questionnaire, pictures, videos or other material submitted by the client. Design is inherently subjective, however, and you agree that WIDD E-DESIGNS cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and/or ideas you receive from WIDD E-DESIGNS. 2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project, and to provide all relevant and requested property information in a timely manner. 3. The Designer will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the Virtual Design project. 4. The Designer will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the Virtual Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing the work on the Virtual Design project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates. 5. The Designer cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the Virtual Design project. 6. The Designer cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to inaccurate measurements or improper dimensions provided to the Designer. 7. Due to the nature of online shopping, WIDD E-DESIGNS has made every effort to portray recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate way on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by WIDD EDESIGNS as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate scale of your space based on photos provided but can’t guarantee that all recommended products will fit your space. Customers are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing. Customers are required to ensure the return policy of any design item is to their liking. 8. DUE TO THE EVER-CHANGING NATURE OF THE INTERNET, WIDD EDESIGNS DOES NOT GUARANTEE, OR WARRANTY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THOSE SERVICES OF A SERVICE PROVIDER. YOUR ONLY RECOURSE OR REMEDY FOR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR PRODUCER OF THE MERCHANDISE. 9. While WIDD E-DESIGNS will attempt to ensure that all retail product links are current in order to assist clients with purchasing design items, there is no guarantee that the furniture or accessories recommended by WIDD E-DESIGNS will be available for purchase at all OR within a specific time frame due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet. If prices are provided as part of the design service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the customer will find the article at the similar price when they order. Scope of Work — WIDD EDESIGNS virtual design package for each room purchased includes: o INITIAL DESIGN MEETING - a virtual kick-off meeting to review your project details with Designer, up to 15 minutes o FLOOR PLAN - a layout of all furniture and rug placements to help you visualize the flow of your space o DESIGN BOARD(S)- quality images of all furniture, lamps, art, rugs, decor, etc. by space. o PRODUCT PURCHASE LIST- a list of all resources that are selected for your design with pricing, quantities and links o DESIGN REVIEW MEETING - We will walk you through the design and layout this can be done via Zoom or email. (ONLY APPLICABLE TO PREMIUM PACKAGES) o ONE OR TWO ROUNDS OF REVISIONS (BASED UPON PACKAGE SELECTED) - with your feedback in hand, we will make any requested changes to your design. If you request any further revisions over and above this session, these will be completed at the Designer’s hourly rate of $99 o ROOM GUIDE- detailed guidelines on implementing your new design o STOCKING LIST- a complete linked stocking list of all items required for the property (ONLY APPLICABLE TO STR PREMIUM PACKAGES). We recommend you contact a kitchen/bathroom professional for floorplan layouts. Fee & Payment Terms — o Fee: For the professional design service package previously described, the Designer shall receive a fixed fee based on package selected. o Payment Terms: Full payment shall be made upon acceptance of this agreement. Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit or credit card (credit card incurs an additional fee) by using the payment portal provided. o Additional design services outside the scope of this agreement will be billed to the client at the hourly rate of $99, on a monthly statement or at the completion of the project. Designer will notify the Client if hourly billing becomes active. Client Expectations— o Responding in a timely matter (Within 48 business hours) o Purchasing products using the links provided by Designer o Placing all orders within one week of approving the final shopping list from the Designer. Designer agrees to reselect any items that are out of stock or no longer available, if client has attempted to place the orders within the one week time period. Designer will not be held responsible for inventory or discontinued items outside of the one week window after design approval. o Executing the design and completing install o WIDD E-DESIGNS shall be allowed use (not ownership rights to) final listing photography for future portfolio use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Guest E-Book Template Our Guest E-Book items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order. While WIDD E-DESIGNS will attempt to ensure that all content and/or URL links are current in order to assist clients and their guests, there is no guarantee that all links will work due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet and the businesses they're linked to. SHOP THE LOOK Terms and Conditions: Purpose: Our Shop The Look design boards are intended solely for inspirational and conceptual purposes. They serve as visual representations to inspire your interior design projects. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our selections, we cannot guarantee the availability or suitability of the products depicted. Actual products may vary in appearance, dimensions, and quality. Product Availability: The availability of products featured in the design boards is subject to change without notice. We recommend verifying the availability of each item before making any purchases. Consultation: It is advisable to consult with a professional designer or furniture manufacturer before finalizing your design choices. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content from the mood boards is strictly prohibited. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the mood boards at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly for any changes. Acceptance: By accessing or using our Shop The Look mood boards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
